These videos are in no way meant to replace the purchasing of commercially produced DVDs of SCTV. Making this series available is in no way meant to break copyright law. I am hoping fans of the series will have renewed interest in SCTV and will spread the word about this Classic Canadian Comedy Legend.
I have included all 185 episodes of the Syndicated Series of SCTV. Please note that the Syndicated Series has material not available on the current crop of DVDs, and also that the DVDs have material not available in the Syndicated Series. Please note that there is also material not available in either.
This means that at this time, the complete series is not commercially available for purchase. I hope you will consider signing the online petition at

This stuff is genuinely laugh out loud funny, something you rarely see today.
King Friday cheering on Fred Rogers as he kicks the shit out of Julia Child is both the greatest sentence I've ever written, and thing I've ever seen
Funny, funny, Funny!
These brilliant comedians missed one golden opportunity, that is to pit Dick Cavett vs William F Buckley in a debate, to see which of them could have put us to sleep faster!!
I'm 6o this shit cracks me up as much or more now than when I was a "kid"
Eugene as Floyd priceless! Candy as Otis and they got Opie drunk. LMAO!
What a fun episode this is. My favorite part was "The Merv Griffith Show" because it's such a delicious parody of that series and also Merv Griffin's over the top personality as well. But they should have given Catherine some padding around the middle for Aunt Bee, haha.
And Rick Moranis did Dick Cavett brilliantly; it's uncanny how he was able to get the same vocal quality.
Really, for satire and parody you cannot beat this kind of comedy.
Hooray John Candy is back
Look at all the stars on here. John Candy, Rick Morannis, Eugene Levy, Catherine i'Hara to name a few
The battle of PBS stars was one of the best skits ever done by SCTV. Pure comedy gold!
