Bob and Doug McKenzie in 12 Days of Christmas (Instrumental) – Jingle Punks

In the video 12 Days of Christmas (Instrumental) – Jingle Punks, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of imaginaryfunny Canadian comedians who were featured in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was featured on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it got sold to CBC Television in in the early 80s. Bob is acted by the funny Rick Moranis and the character Doug is played by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was developed originally as fluff to both please and laugh at dumb Canadian content policies, the siblings grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and the United States. The two later became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
