Bob and Doug McKenzie in 12 Days of Christmas – Menopause version

In the video 12 Days of Christmas – Menopause version , Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of odd Canadian actors who are responsible for “Great White North”, a segment which was televised on SCTV for the show’s 3rd season when it aired by CBC Television in in the early 80s. Bob’s part is acted by comic Rick Moranis and Doug is performed by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was brought to life originally as a joke to both please and laugh about non sensical Canadian content statutes, the brothers became a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and America. The McKenzie brothers went on to become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
