In the video 12 Days of Christmas-Vegas Style, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian brothers who are responsible for “Great White North”, a show which was aired on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in 1980. Bob’s part is played by comic Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is brought to life by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as an idea to both fulfill and makes jokes about stupid Canadian content legislation, the siblings transformed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
