In the video 2012 Bowling’s 69th U.S. Open Stepladder Finals – Who Do You Think You Are? I am!, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of strange Canadian brothers who can been seen in “Great White North”, a sketch which was featured on second city television for the show’s third season when it aired by CBC Television in . Bob’s character is brought to life by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is brought to life by actor Dave Thomas. Which was brought to life originally as a joke to both follow guidelines and mock silly Canadian content rules, the characters became a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The pair enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
Pete Weber tries to win his fifth U.S. Open title, which would be the all-time record, but has to get by Ryan Shafer, Jason Belmonte and Mike Fagan to succeed.
This is the event after which Weber exclaims these legendary words: “Who do you think you are? I am!”

i knew dick weber and he was a fine gentleman and bowler. unfortunately, he had a son, dickhead (pete) who is a disgrace to the PBA.
The real Legend was Dick Weber & Earl Anthony. Pure class. Pete strayed from being a class act & is not as polished as he could have been.
Sad that Pete Weber has just retired from Profesional Bowling.

For people who are new to the sport of bowling, I average over 210 per game on a typical house pattern. I probably would struggle to score over 200 in any game. Probably averaging well under 150 per game on this oil pattern. It's really difficult to adequately express how difficult these lanes were. Pete showed everybody exactly how talented and disciplined he was.

12 years later, Pete is still a fucking legend! Love or hate the antics, he entertained and did it at elite level. That cannot be ignored.
