In the video 37 Chariot’s Of Eggs [111] [Seasons 4 & 5], Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of hysterical Canadian comedians who hosted “Great White North”, a improv which was shown on SCTV – second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it was featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in in the early 80s. Bob’s part is acted by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was born originally as a skit to both satisfy and laugh at non sensical Canadian content statutes, the pair morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the United States. The brothers went on to become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
