  1. What if both these posistion just increase pain . Only relief I get is when I lay flat on ack bring my left leg up foot flat and take right foot bring it over left knee . We called unit a hip stretch in sports . It’s the only thing brings temporary relief .

  2. This whole review seems to be based entirely on resale value. Your kids will appreciate that when they sell them all… Get the VC if you want one, resale should factor in as a consideration if youre a serial flipper but it's not the only factor when buying a watch that you just like and want to own.

  3. I have Piraformas issues for the last 10 years. Where I live a rural area these doctors have no clue about it. It has caused my feet to go outward duck walking. I am in constant pain both legs and now my feet hurt so bad walking is becoming too difficult and hurts so bad. I really need yo find a surgeon who will do release surgery.

  5. thank you Bob and Brad! I had an appointment for $120 for first appointment . $45 for each appointment after that . I cancelled chiropractor appointment and googled and found this. Yes this took away my pain in my low back even though this is advertised pirformis. You have a newer video of this same position that you said to use for low back pain. I tried other stretches that didn't take it away, but this did. God bless you guys!! You are the best physical therapists on the internet!!

  7. at 5:13 – what do you mean by "feels better"? Like there is no pain or you feel it streatching? Great vid btw. Just got this – I think it is this disc or piriformis related – a few weeks back and agnony getting in and out of cars or moving from lying to sitting up in bed or off the floor after reading to my kids. Can still do leg workouts though… so odd

  8. If you know you have piriformis syndrome and you can't get out of the flare up vicious circle, I strongly recommend you get a botox injection. Some clinics (in larger cities offer it) or some Physiatrists will do it. After 2 years of constant pain and flare ups, I got the injection done. It took 3 weeks and most of my symptoms are gone!! My massage therapist can now work on the adhesions and scar tissue in that region without sending me on a 3 day flare up. I am working on strengthening the glute and the other rotator ( without flare ups)while the piriformis is paralyzed. The injection may have to be redone after 3 months depending if the symptoms return.

  9. You guys are miracle workers! I'd been dealing with pain for months and, once again, you guys come through. I started doing the relaxation exercise and in 3 days, the pain is almost gone. I'm 95% better.

  10. If I have spinal stenosis, I should not do the mckenzie excercise? How do i know if I have it? Thank you, great video!!! I'm 29 and have had intense lower back ans left knee pain for 6 years 🙁 trying everything I can to avoid surgery

  11. If pain is bad go to a chiropractor. It well could be that your spine and hips are misaligned.
    A chiropractor will take xrays and adjust you appropriately. Youll feel relief.
    What Bob and Brad do is great but it wont help anything if your bones are out of whack
    I know what im talking about. Ive been there

  12. Finally my backpain is gone. Eight months of hell it was so bad i was depressed. Ive been miserable for eight months finally my back is back to normal. Thanks bob and brad your working miricles

  13. What advice would you give if this stuff worked in the past but is not? I'm in so much pain. I've gotten about 1.5 hours of sleep each night for the past week and a half. There have been 2 4 hour nights but very broken. I've had Steroids, pain meds. Which work when used together but who can live like that? Always. I handle pain well and this is killing me.

  14. Please help me I am a gymnast and I was stretching everyday for my split and I think I overstretched so I stopped for like 3 weeks and I stretched again for only like 5 minutes and I feel that pinching tingling in my butt and hamstring

  15. Hi, I had a bunyan operation and a 10 year brake after running comrades. When I started to train again 2014 and run my comrades with periformis problems.
    I definitely compromised and till today I am still having a problem with my left leg. It's definitely better when I stretch and work with the elastic band.
    Why does it stay sore?
