In the video Adventures of Bob & Doug McKenzie, The Strange Brew 1983 Theatrical Trailer 480p, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of strange Canadian siblings who are responsible for “Great White North”, a segment which was streamed on SCTV for the show’s most popular season when it moved to CBC Television in 1980. Bob is brought to life by Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is performed by Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as filler to both follow guidelines and make fun of legal Canadian content laws, the duo transformed into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and across the border. The pair enetually would become the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
