Bob and Doug McKenzie in All Loved Up by Dave Thomas

In the video All Loved Up by Dave Thomas, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hilarious Canadian brothers who hosted “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was broadcast on SCTV for the show’s most popular season when it was broadcast on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in in the early 80s. Bob is created by actor Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is created by Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as a skit to both follow guidelines and mock network Canadian content guidelines, the two became a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the United States. The McKenzie brothers became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
