In the video Anthony DiGiovanni’s “12 Days of Christmas” by Steve Dahl – www.DAHL.com ! !, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hysterical Canadian siblings who created “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was televised on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it got sold to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob’s partThe character Bob is acted by comedian Rick Moranis and the character Doug is brought to life by comic Dave Thomas. The sketch was developed originally as an idea to both please and laugh about annoying Canadian content laws, the two grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and across the border. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
Here is a holiday classic by the greatest comedy DJ ever, and the original of the so-called ‘shock’ jocks, Mr. Steve Dahl, and his inimitable character and walking Chicago-Italian stereotype, Anthony DiGiovanni.

I believe this song was made around 1986 or so, but I could be wrong, and it has endured as not only another awesome Steve Dahl parody song, but also a holiday classic amongst warped individuals like myself! You rock Steve!! Happy Holidays!!!

No argument here! Steve Dahl is and always will be the original of the so-called 'shock' jocks, the pioneer of an entirely new era of talk radio that has been nothing but imitated since Steve did it first!

I remember listening to this back in the 80s while at work. We always listened to Dahl. Anthony, Tyrone in the chopper. We were rollling on the floor of the pharmacy. Those were the days. Dahl is simply the BEST. Stern could not hold Steves jock
