In the video , Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of strange Canadian siblings who can been seen in “Great White North”, a program which was shown on second city television for the show’s most liked season when it got sold to CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob’s part is brought to life by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is performed by comic Dave Thomas. Although born originally as filler to both fulfill and mock network Canadian content guidelines, the siblings morphed into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the States. The characters enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
