In the video Bob and Doug McKenzie Pizza Hut Commercial 1985, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hysterical Canadian comedians who can been seen in “Great White North”, a sketch which was streamed on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most popular season when it was featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in in the early 80s. Bob is played by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as a skit to both satisfy and mock silly Canadian content statutes, the pair transformed into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the States. The brothers went on to become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
