In the video Bob and Doug McKenzie, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hilarious Canadian siblings who were featured in “Great White North”, a segment which was aired on second city television for the show’s most liked season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in the 80’s. Bob is played by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. It was brought to life originally as an idea to both satisfy and mock annoying Canadian content legislation, the characters morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and the United States. The McKenzie siblings went on to become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
