In the video Bob and Doug McKenzie – Strange Brew Clip #14, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of fictional Canadian comedians who were featured in “Great White North”, a sketch which was broadcast on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it was featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the eighties. Bob is played by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is played by comic Dave Thomas. It was brought to life originally as fluff to both follow guidelines and makes jokes about stupid Canadian content demands, the brothers grew up to be a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the US. The McKenzie siblings enetually would become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
