In the video Bob and Doug McKenzie – Strange Brew Clip #21, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of imaginaryfunny Canadian brothers who created “Great White North”, a sketch which was shown on second city television for the show’s third season when it was aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in 1980. Bob McKenzie is created by actor Rick Moranis and the character Doug is performed by actor Dave Thomas. Which was created originally as a skit to both satisfy and makes jokes about silly Canadian content laws, the pair became a pop culture hit in both Canada and the USA. The brothers went on to become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
