In the video Bob and Doug McKenzie – Strange Brew Clip #4, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of odd Canadian comedians who were featured in “Great White North”, a program which was shown on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in 1980. The character Bob McKenzie is brought to life by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug is played by comic Dave Thomas. Although made originally as a sketch to both satisfy and laugh at legal Canadian content laws, the siblings morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and America. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
