In the video Bob and Doug McKenzie- “The Beerhunter” (Vinyl), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of odd Canadian actors who can been seen in “Great White North”, a show which was introduced on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it got sold to CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob is played by comic Rick Moranis and the character Doug is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. Which was made originally as fluff to both satisfy and laugh at annoying Canadian content legislation, the two turned into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the USA. The characters went on to become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
