In the video Bob and Doug Sing 12 Days of Christmas – Animax Entertainment, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of hysterical Canadian family members who hosted “Great White North”, a show which was shown on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob’s part is acted by Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is brought to life by actor Dave Thomas. Although developed originally as a joke to both follow guidelines and laugh about annoying Canadian content policies, the brothers morphed into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie siblings enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
