In the video Bob and Dougette Mckenzie 1984 -(Weird Paul) Strange Brew SCTV Doug, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hysterical Canadian brothers who hosted “Great White North”, a show which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most watched season when it got sold to CBC Television in 1980. Bob’s character is played by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. Which was born originally as fluff to both please and make fun of silly Canadian content demands, the siblings transformed into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and across the border. The pair became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
