Bob and Doug McKenzie in Bob & Doug are back!

In the video Bob & Doug are back!, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of fictional Canadian comedians who are responsible for “Great White North”, a show which was broadcast on second city television for the show’s third season when it moved to CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob’s character is played by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is brought to life by Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as filler to both follow guidelines and laugh about legal Canadian content rules, the siblings grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and across the border. The brothers went on to become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
