Bob and Doug McKenzie in Bob Doug -Changing Minds

In the video Bob Doug -Changing Minds, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hilarious Canadian siblings who were featured in “Great White North”, a program which was shown on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in 1980. Bob’s part is acted by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is brought to life by the comedian Dave Thomas. Although created originally as an idea to both fulfill and laugh at stupid Canadian content guidelines, the characters morphed into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and America. The McKenzie brothers enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
