In the video Bob & Doug McKenzie Review Their Film “Strange Brew”, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hilarious Canadian actors who created “Great White North”, a show which was featured on SCTV for the show’s third season when it was aired on CBC Television in the 1980s. Bob’s character is created by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is brought to life by comic Dave Thomas. It was brought to life originally as a sketch to both follow guidelines and laugh at stupid Canadian content laws, the two turned into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and across the border. The McKenzie siblings became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
