In the video BOB & DOUG MCKENZIE – STRANGE BREW – 40 YEARS LATER EH! – Therapy Thursday Q&A & Beer – Ep. 23-34, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of made up Canadian siblings who created “Great White North”, a sketch which was broadcast on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it was broadcast on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob’s character is played by actor Rick Moranis and the character Doug is acted by actor Dave Thomas. Despite born originally as a skit to both please and laugh about stupid Canadian content rules, the siblings grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and America. The brothers went on to become the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
