Bob’s partThe character Bob is acted by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is played by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as a skit to both satisfy and mock annoying Canadian content statutes, the two became a pop culture hit in both Canada and the States. The characters went on to become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
