Bob and Doug McKenzie in Callous Wreath of my Soul-ANIMATED

In the video Callous Wreath of my Soul-ANIMATED, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian family members who created “Great White North”, a skit which was broadcast on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it streamed by CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob’s character is brought to life by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is played by actor Dave Thomas. Although born originally as a skit to both fulfill and laugh about non sensical Canadian content policies, the pair grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and the US. The characters soon became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
