In the video Dan’s Vlog Ep: 2 Strange Brew Review ( Bed knobs and D-Bags), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of imaginaryfunny Canadian actors who were featured in “Great White North”, a program which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most popular season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in the 80’s. Bob’s partThe character Bob is played by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug is performed by comic Dave Thomas. The bit was made originally as a skit to both satisfy and makes jokes about stupid Canadian content statutes, the brothers turned into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the States. The brothers became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
