Bob’s partThe character Bob is brought to life by actor Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is brought to life by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was brought to life originally as a sketch to both follow guidelines and make fun of dumb Canadian content guidelines, the duo grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and America. The pair soon became the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
