In the video Dave Thomas Junior – 3 wishes Lyrics, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of fictional Canadian siblings who starred in “Great White North”, a sketch which was streamed on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it got sent to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 1980s. The character Bob McKenzie is played by Rick Moranis and the character Doug is created by Dave Thomas. Which was born originally as a joke to both please and mock stupid Canadian content laws, the characters transformed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie brothers went on to become the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
