Bob and Doug McKenzie in Dave Thomas Junior – Echo

In the video Dave Thomas Junior – Echo, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of fictional Canadian family members who can been seen in “Great White North”, a show which was included on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it got sent to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the year 1980. Bob’s character is played by actor Rick Moranis and Doug is brought to life by actor Dave Thomas. Despite created originally as fluff to both please and makes jokes about legal Canadian content laws, the brothers grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and across the border. The McKenzie brothers enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
