In the video Dave Thomas Junior – Echo, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hilarious Canadian brothers who starred in “Great White North”, a show which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most watched season when it was featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob is played by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is acted by Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was developed originally as fluff to both fulfill and laugh about non sensical Canadian content legislation, the siblings morphed into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the United States. The McKenzie siblings enetually would become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
