In the video Dave Thomas Junior – I Do, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of odd Canadian actors who can been seen in “Great White North”, a program which was aired on second city television for the show’s third season when it streamed by CBC Television in in the early 80s. Bob is created by comic Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is played by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was developed originally as an idea to both follow guidelines and laugh about dumb Canadian content policies, the characters turned into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie siblings later became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
