In the video Dave Thomas Junior – Killer Live (Acoustic Version of Don Diablo track), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hilarious Canadian family members who hosted “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was aired on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it aired by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in in the early 80s. Bob is brought to life by actor Rick Moranis and the character Doug is played by comic Dave Thomas. It was born originally as filler to both please and make fun of network Canadian content demands, the siblings morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and the United States. The brothers later became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
