Bob’s partThe character Bob is performed by Rick Moranis and the character Doug is played by Dave Thomas. Although brought to life originally as a sketch to both follow guidelines and mock network Canadian content guidelines, the pair became a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and America. The pair became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
