In the video Dave Thomas – La Valse D’Amelie, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of imaginaryfunny Canadian siblings who can been seen in “Great White North”, a sketch which was featured on SCTV – second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the eighties. Bob is performed by the funny Rick Moranis and the character Doug is performed by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was made originally as a sketch to both please and make fun of stupid Canadian content laws, the brothers became a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and America. The McKenzie brothers became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
