Bob and Doug McKenzie in Dave Thomas- The Frightened Brothers

In the video Dave Thomas- The Frightened Brothers, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of odd Canadian actors who created “Great White North”, a show which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it got sold to CBC Television in the 1980s. Bob’s part is created by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is performed by actor Dave Thomas. Even thoughFamously created originally as a skit to both satisfy and make fun of dumb Canadian content demands, the pair morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and the United States. The pair soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
