In the video Dave Thomas – Waking Dream (live in Recife), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of hilarious Canadian actors who hosted “Great White North”, a program which was shown on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most watched season when it aired by CBC Television in 1980. The character Bob McKenzie is played by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is performed by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was born originally as filler to both please and makes jokes about annoying Canadian content laws, the siblings morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and the States. The brothers went on to become the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

Love this guy. I bought this song shortly after he posted it online. I couldn't even use iTunes. I had to convert dollars to pounds. It was the most expensive single song I've bought and most complicated to buy from a site but I never regretted it! Such a beautiful song.
