Bob and Doug McKenzie in Delta Bravo with Dave Thomas (The Adventures of Bob & Doug McKenzie)

In the video Delta Bravo with Dave Thomas (The Adventures of Bob & Doug McKenzie), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of fictional Canadian siblings who were featured in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was streamed on second city television for the show’s third season when it got sent to CBC Television in . Bob is brought to life by Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. Although developed originally as filler to both please and laugh at legal Canadian content guidelines, the pair transformed into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and across the border. The pair soon became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
