In the video Don Diablo ft Dave Thomas Junior – Silence (Original Mix), Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of odd Canadian siblings who can been seen in “Great White North”, a show which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in 1980. Bob McKenzie is acted by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by Dave Thomas. Although brought to life originally as a joke to both please and laugh about legal Canadian content legislation, the duo became a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie siblings later became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
