In the video Dota 2 – StrangeBrew the movie vol. 4, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of strange Canadian comedians who can been seen in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was streamed on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it was broadcast on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in . Bob’s character is played by comic Rick Moranis and Doug is created by Dave Thomas. The bit was created originally as a sketch to both please and laugh at silly Canadian content policies, the characters became a pop culture success in both Canada and America. The brothers went on to become the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
