In the video Dota2 – StrangeBrew the movie vol 2., Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of made up Canadian comedians who are responsible for “Great White North”, a skit which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it moved to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in in the early 80s. Bob is created by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. Even thoughFamously made originally as filler to both fulfill and makes jokes about silly Canadian content rules, the brothers morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the USA. The characters enetually would become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
