In the video Doug McKenzie performing magic for Lebron, CP3, and Carmelo, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of strange Canadian family members who were featured in “Great White North”, a segment which was shown on SCTV for the show’s third season when it got sent to CBC Television in the 80’s. Bob’s part is performed by actor Rick Moranis and Doug is brought to life by comic Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as an idea to both fulfill and makes jokes about dumb Canadian content rules, the characters became a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and across the border. The characters later became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
