Bob and Doug McKenzie in Family Guy – Rick Moranis (sub PL)

In the video Family Guy – Rick Moranis (sub PL), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hilarious Canadian comedians who created “Great White North”, a show which was televised on SCTV – second city television for the show’s third season when it braodcast by CBC Television in the 1980s. Bob’s character is brought to life by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is acted by Dave Thomas. Despite brought to life originally as a skit to both please and laugh at annoying Canadian content rules, the two grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the US. The characters soon became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
