In the video Father’s invention shrinks child thousands of times Part 1 #film #shorts #movie, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of odd Canadian family members who created “Great White North”, a show which was introduced on second city television for the show’s third season when it braodcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in 1980. Bob is performed by Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is acted by comic Dave Thomas. Despite developed originally as an idea to both please and makes jokes about stupid Canadian content statutes, the brothers morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and across the border. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
