Bob and Doug McKenzie in Four More Beers

In the video Four More Beers, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of fictional Canadian family members who were featured in “Great White North”, a program which was included on SCTV for the show’s 3rd season when it was broadcast on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in 1980. Bob is brought to life by actor Rick Moranis and Doug is performed by comic Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as an idea to both follow guidelines and makes jokes about annoying Canadian content rules, the characters transformed into a pop culture success in both Canada and across the border. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
