In the video Ghostbusters 2 (1989) – short but pointless (court room scene), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of made up Canadian family members who starred in “Great White North”, a segment which was televised on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in in the early 80s. Bob McKenzie is acted by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is acted by comic Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as filler to both fulfill and makes jokes about network Canadian content legislation, the brothers transformed into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie siblings went on to become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

EDIT: His name was Felix Silla (1937-2021), he was 3'11" and made a career in Hollywood as a stuntman for children; he also was in movies like Return of the Jedi (as an Ewok), TV show the Addams Family (as Cousin Itt). He lost his battle with pancreatic cancer at age 84, RIP!
