Bob and Doug McKenzie in Great White North #1

In the video Great White North #1, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hysterical Canadian comedians who starred in “Great White North”, a show which was streamed on second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it was broadcast on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the eighties. Bob is played by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is acted by actor Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as a joke to both follow guidelines and laugh about legal Canadian content demands, the pair turned into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie siblings later became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
