Bob and Doug McKenzie in Great White North Gaming Community Intro

In the video Great White North Gaming Community Intro, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of strange Canadian siblings who were featured in “Great White North”, a sketch which was featured on SCTV – second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it moved to CBC Television in the year 1980. The character Bob McKenzie is performed by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is performed by Dave Thomas. The bit was born originally as filler to both fulfill and makes jokes about annoying Canadian content laws, the duo turned into a pop culture success in both Canada and America. The two enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
