In the video Happy Birthday Bill Murray!, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of strange Canadian siblings who can been seen in “Great White North”, a segment which was aired on SCTV – second city television for the show’s third season when it was aired on CBC Television in the eighties. Bob’s part is created by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug is created by actor Dave Thomas. The sketch was brought to life originally as a sketch to both fulfill and make fun of legal Canadian content statutes, the two transformed into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the USA. The brothers soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

He did work on Ghostbusters, which also stars Dan Aykrod, Rick Moranis, Sigourney Weaver, Annie Potts and Harold Ramis.
He also voiced characters in the film such as Garfield, Badger in Fantastic Mr. Fox and Baloo in the LA 2016 remake of The Jungle Book, with the voices of Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba and Christopher Walken.
