In the video Holiday Humor — Laugh Tracks Legends of Comedy, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hysterical Canadian family members who created “Great White North”, a segment which was featured on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it was aired on CBC Television in . Bob’s character is acted by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is played by actor Dave Thomas. The sketch was made originally as fluff to both please and laugh about dumb Canadian content demands, the pair turned into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the United States. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

The Christmas Jug Band is made up of some of the finest Marin County musicians and they come together once a year for a few fun and popular holiday concerts. They can handle the traditional holiday tunes — and they can deliver this, a fun little ditty about Santa losing a prized possession!!
