The character Bob McKenzie is played by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is performed by comic Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was developed originally as fluff to both follow guidelines and mock network Canadian content legislation, the duo morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and the USA. The two went on to become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

and we’re here in Hollywood the
entertainment capital of the world where

wagging in a bold and dramatic a
